Miriam Plon Sauer

Miriam is Executive Strategy Director at AKQA Europe. In this role, Miriam leads the team in setting the strategic vision for brands as well as uncovering the insights driving creative work and creating connections between brands and consumers. With two decades of experience working agency-side, Miriam has become a strong advocate for creatives and agencies assuming a greater responsibility in making creativity a force for good. During her time with AKQA, Miriam has led strategy on clients such as Volvo, Netflix, LEGO, Discord, and Museum for the United Nations – UN Live.

David Norris

David leads the Creative Strategy team at Snapchat across Europe & the UK, tasked with helping brands create industry-leading creative work on the platform, primarily led by Augmented Reality. Prior to joining Snap, David served as Director of Planning for EMEA at Media Arts Lab, Apple’s dedicated creative agency.

Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with incredible brands, including Nike, McDonald's, Apple, Booking.com, Telefónica, adidas, Unilever, Gucci, Zalando, LVMH and many more.

David specialises in creative and brand strategy, drawing from a unique background across Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, and his seven years at Snapchat to become an expert in helping brands understand their opportunities and develop the most innovative and effective creative work.

Kathrine Fremming

Kathrine leads artistic and commercial projects at the award-winning VR/AR production studio Khora in her business development role. She blends a strong passion for the arts with a strategic focus on business development. With a keen eye on digital transformation, she leverages her expertise to create storytelling narratives powered by immersive media. Kathrine is dedicated to driving innovation at the intersection of art, business, and technology.

Birgitte Kofod Olsen

Birgitte specialises in human rights law and technology and holds a Ph.D. in biometrics and data protection. She advises Danish and international companies and organisations on GDPR, responsible AI strategy, and compliance. She is the author of several books, the most recent on data ethics.

Birgitte is an Advisor for Human Rights Advice, Co-founder and Chair of the think tank Data Ethics, Chair of the Democracy X Foundation, as well as a minister-appointed member of the Data Ethics Council and the Equal Treatment committee.

Christian Erfurt

Christian Erfurt, Co-founder and Chief Evangelist of Be My Eyes, is a seasoned entrepreneur focused on building purpose-driven businesses that blend profit with positive impact. Christian believes in enabling consumers, customers and fellow citizens to be part of the solution rather than the problem. He believes the strongest competitive edge lies in aligning purpose with profit, enabling industries to evolve through consumer-driven change.

Peter Manniche Riber

Peter Manniche Riber is head of Digital Learning in Novo Nordisk and has worked with implementing emerging technologies in a corporate setting for the last decade. He has been leading experimentation and implementation with AI/Machine Learning, AR and VR to improve the way people learn and accessability to relevant career development. Peter is a creative and hopeful personality - but also very evidence-based and tied to his roots in Jutland, where things must be proven to gain their acceptance.

Martin Kofod

Martin Kofoed, Partner and Chief Cyber Security Officer for itm8 Cyber Security Division. Martin has a background as IT technologist and Police Commissioner. Prior to itm8 Martin has, among other things, been employed for 10 years in the Danish National Police, most recently at the National Cybercrime Center (NC3). After policing, he moved to a role as Vice President of JN Data, being responsible for operational cybersecurity, crisis management, and Incident Response. In January 2022 he joined Improsec, where he took over the role of CEO in October 2022. In November 2023, Martin Kofoed was put in charge of the itm8 Cyber Security Division, with responsibility for Managed Security Services and Security Consulting.

Louise Opprud, founder of Work Life Lab, is an engineer by training and a natural innovator at heart. Over the past 12 years, she has immersed herself in the future of work, visiting and interviewing leading organizations to uncover the most forward-thinking ways of working.
